But you also want to know that, if you or a loved one is in an emergency situation, a healthcare provider can immediately access your personal health record on an urgent basis. With CrisisID you have two important options: first you can select what information you want to be released, secondly you establish an Emergency Code which, when used, only provides access to those designated records. Wallet sized Emergency Cards with emergency information are available pre-formatted in the Forms Section. This password is user assigned and can easily be shared with family or a trusted friend for emergency use.
