If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link from the right-hand Member Login panel. Step One of this process will ask you to enter your user ID, name, birth date and gender. Step Two will ask you to answer the two security questions you selected during registration. If you have answered these questions correctly, you will see a screen that allows you to set a new password. This password will replace your old password for CrisisID access immediately.
