No training is required to use CrisisID. It was intentionally designed to be user friendly. If you can point, click a mouse and type with two fingers you are set. Here are some of the things we designed to make it user friendly:
- Maximum use of drop down screens
- Pre-established sorts were designed for easy use
- Preformatted summary and detail reports are available
- All reports are ready to be printed, emailed or downloaded
- Well-defined help screens are available for every function
